Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be mindful before placing your order, especially if they are time sensitive. We cannot provide delivery time guarantees.
If there are any issues with your order please contact me at kuu.artshop[at]gmail.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
- If I made a mistake on your order, please provide me with your order number and photos so we can work something out.
- Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of order (or before order is marked as fulfilled, whichever is sooner). Orders with preorder items can be revised as long as the order has not been packed yet.
- Any transaction fees as a result of a refund and/or cancellation will be shouldered by buyer.
- I am not liable for damages to items during shipping, all products are packaged with care using material such as padded bubble mailers, tissue paper, cardstock backing to ensure they arrive safely.
- I am not liable for lost packages, please contact me if you would like to purchase shipping insurance.
- If your order is returned to me due to failed delivery/incorrect address, you are eligible to be refunded the order amount minus the cost of shipping plus any other costs incurred to facilitate the return (such as customs).
I do not accept any unsolicited mail to the return addresses listed on your package. You must contact me first for permission.
