Shipping and Handling

Effective Jan 1, 2021: I will only ship sticker only orders to UK customers, if you're interested in keychains, please order through my Etsy store. If the items are not listed there, contact me to create a custom listing.

Please note that there may be substantial delays in delivery services due to the pandemic. We hope for your patience and kind understanding as this is beyond our control.


Orders are accumulated and shipped in bulk to reduce trips to the Post Office. I ship once every week at the end of the week. Your estimated dispatch time is 1-3 weeks. Please bear with me as I am one person running this shop and I also work full time (especially now that wfh is ending). I am happy to update you on the stage your order is in!

If a pre-order item is in your order, the entire order will ship together based on pre-order dispatch date listed on the product page. If you require something urgently, please send me a message.

Average Delivery Times 

All orders are shipped from Alberta, Canada.

  • Canada: 3-10 business days
  • USA: 4-15 business days
  • International: 2-8 weeks

    Shipping Cost 

    We charge flat rate shipping on all orders. Calculated shipping via Canada Post is also available for Canadian and International orders, calculated at checkout.

    • Canada - standard shipping is untracked
      • $1.70 - Sticker only orders via lettermail
      • $3.00 - Orders with acrylic charms via oversized lettermail
      • Tracking upgrade available at checkout
    • USA 
      • $2.50 - Sticker only orders via letter-post (untracked)
      • $5.50 - Tracked via USPS First Class
    • International
      • $3.75 - Sticker only orders via letter-post (untracked)
      • $9.95 - Tracked via Asendia or FedEx FIMS ( depending on your location
      • If picking shipping from Canada Post, please be mindful that some options do not come with tracking, tracked options will usually include "tracked" in the title
      • No refunds will be made if there are any problems regarding shipping for international orders
    Shipping insurance is not included, please message me if you require insurance.
    If you have chosen to ship your order via untracked options, please be aware that this store will not be held liable for any lost mail due to the nature of this service, and we recommend you select tracked shipping if this is a concern.
    Once a package is shipped, it is out of my control. I have the exact same tracking information as what is provided to you. I recommend contacting your local postal office for package status updates.


      If you require any changes to your order/shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible, there is nothing I can do once the order is dispatched. Orders are typically prepared over the weekend.

      Order Merges 

      Please contact us as soon as possible with your order numbers to merge orders and save on shipping costs. Orders cannot be merged once they're already packed.


      Buyers will shoulder any customs/VAT/import taxes required upon receiving the items, it is illegal for the store to lower the declared values. This store will not refund any shipping fees for packages returned due to unpaid custom fees. 

      Please make sure your address, contact number, and any important information is correct and complete. Buyers will shoulder any shipping and return costs if orders are returned or abandoned due to incorrect/incomplete address. 

      I, as the seller/store, cannot be responsible for packages misplaced or lost by courier services. Delivery issues should be reported to your local courier service.
